Kan-gawa Elementary School: Children’s Paintings from the Early Showa Period – In the Tradition of the Children’s Free Painting Movement
In the “Yamamoto Kanae Sensei’s Room” at Kan-gawa Elementary School in Ueda City, there are around 600 paintings by children from the early Showa period (the late 1920s and 1930s), including a painting by Tsuneo when he was 13 years old.
